PEMBUATAN SOFTWARE METODE RELIABILITY CENTERED MAINTENANCE (RCM) PADA SISTEM SPBU

Abstract

Maintenance is important aspect in companies and also operating a system. A system work effectively if it achieves a good maintenance. Companies can increase their profit if they apply good maintenance systems for their equipment. Corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance and also reliability are operation contain in the maintenance. A Gas Station system have some part that need maintenance method, where the method will support to increase effective of maintenance system in Gas Station. Maintenance system also needs analyses of parts and scheduling the maintenance operation of A Gas Station components. To make easier for their maintenance, so it needs computerized management systems which call as Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This software can increase of investment from technical side for the company and make a maintenance management of A Gas Station getting easier with predictions from the software. This CMMS software can arrange the schedule of maintenance easier than manually, making work order easily and the company may know how much cost which they have to provide for maintenance operation in period of time.
