Abstract

Has created a measuring system design H2S gas polutan (hydrogen sulfide) uses the TGS 2602 sensors on the location of the temple gedung songo geothermal manifestations. The design of these can measure the polutan of H2S gas in units of ppm (parts per million) in the range of 0.1 to 1 ppm. The design of this can be used at other locations there is an element of H2S gas. The design of this sensor consists of TGS 2602 is connected with the internal ADC embedded on ATmega8535 microcontroller and displayed on a computer with through UART serial communication using RS-232 logic. This tool works by detecting the polutan of H2S gas on the location of the temple gedung songo geothermal manifestations by converting analog data into digital data that can be read by a computer and displayed in real time.
