Abstract
In the manufacture of milk pasteurization equipment design, the measured temperature is displayed on the LCD so data is not recorded temperature increases, the company makes a software monitoring system for processing raw milk pasteurization using Borland Delphi 7.0 is to simplify the data collection time and temperature controls to maintain temperature. At Borland Delphi 7 using the Pascal programming language. The program works by readiIn this programming using Borland Delphi 7.0 programming language Pascal. The program works by reading the numbers that are sent from the microcontroller AT89S51 into the computer using serial RS232. Figures submitted in accordance with the temperature received from temperature sensors. Milk is kept at a temperature of ± 70 ° C within 5 minutes and displayed on a computer in graphical form the relationship between time and temperature with measured temperature data. From this research found that the Borland Delphi 7.0 software can read data temperature sensor (LM35) through the microcontroller so it can determine how changes in temperature in milk. Temperatures recorded in the database as well as the main form on the display in accordance with the temperature displayed on the LCD.
