Abstract

Maintenance is important aspect in companies and also operating a system to minimization damage and appear of danger. Reliability Centered Maintenance method application in Gas Station can keep a system in good performance. Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) is process that use to establish fungtion of tools in good performance in operation. In application needed maintenance system database that can informed about character and maintenence activity some part. In this database have relationship table that fungtion of connect information among Part, Manufacture, SOP, Work Order, Preventive Maintenance and Purchase Order. Registry of maintenance activity some part can support maintenance activity implementation with the result that increase operation performance and effectivity maintenance system. In Gas Station maintenance system database have 52 kind component that consist of 9 component assy, 1 component sub assy and 41 component part. Had Registry of maintenance then used to establish kind of maintenance that planing to do maintenance that consist of restoration scheduled, discard scheduled, condition monitoring and default RCM. Aplication of RCM in accordance with precise in Gas Station system will be decrease quantity of routine task that produced in some period, achive 40 to 70% reduction. When RCM used for developing new maintenance system, schedule of task product more little than use traditional method developing.
