The object in incubation during ten day and then done isolation in room with temperature 37oC during 24 hours and identified by colony. Result : Found of the positive microbe growth as much 23 case (17,98%) from all case, with the spreading of group I as much 7 case and group II as much 16 case. Result of sterile culture or not found of germ growth as much 105 case (82,03%) with the spreading of group I as much 57 case dan group II as much 48 case. Gram positive microbe dominant better then gram negative microbe. Conclusions : Bacterial skin flora normal from blood culture result is less with used disinfect Povidon iodine and alcohol 7s0% be compared than alcohol 70% disinfect.
