Methods : This study was cross sectional method. The object of the study were 128 patient taken its blood culture from ICU, Internist, Surgery ward (male and female) at period of January until Mei 2008. The object in incubation during ten day and then done isolation in room with temperature 37oC during 24 hours and identified by colony. Result : Found of the positive microbe growth as much 23 case (17,98%) from all case, with the spreading of group I as much 7 case and group II as much 16 case. Result of sterile culture or not found of germ growth as much 105 case (82,03%) with the spreading of group I as much 57 case dan group II as much 48 case. Gram positive microbe dominant better then gram negative microbe. Conclusions : Bacterial skin flora normal from blood culture result is less with used disinfect Povidon iodine and alcohol 7s0% be compared than alcohol 70% disinfect.
