FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KETAATAN EMITEN TERHADAP ATURAN BOARD GOVERNANCE PADA PERUSAHAAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

The phenomenon about compliance board governance is interesting topic to be examined because the issuers haven’t obedient about this rules. Aim of this research was to examine the effect of asset, age of go public, type of industry toward the compliance of issuers on board governance in Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research used 178 samples of company listed in BEI on period 2008. The measured by logistic regression with SPSS program. In collection data, this research analyzed secondary data obtained from ICMD (Indonesia Capital Market Directory) and Indonesian Stock Exchange. Analysis result showed that : (1) Aset have effect on the compliance of issuers on board governance. (2) Age of go public have effect on the compliance of issuers on board governance. (3) Type of industry have effect on the compliance of issuers on board governance.
