To conduct qualified education, it needs not only qualified curriculum but also qualified learning process. Its goal can be achieved by evaluation of learning process to measure success level of the program. Data and information which are needed to support evaluation are attendance of lecturers and students, recapitulation and distribution of a grade, cumulative grade index, and transcript. The problems at the academy are resulted data and information inaccurate, not timely, and difficult to access in which those conditions cause difficulty to obtain data and information. Aim of this research was to result information system of education which could provide accurate information, complete, fast, and easy to access in order to support evaluation of learning process. This was qualitative research using quasi-experimental design. Subjects were structural functionaries and management of the program at Health Analyst Academy of August 17th, 1945 in Semarang. Data were collected using the method of observation and interview. Development of system was performed based on the steps of FAST (Framework for the Application of System Technique). The old information system of education in terms of data input and data processing was done manually using Excel program and had not used specific software. Presented information had not showed the grade of each student in accordance with the importance. The grade of students means Card of Study Result, recapitulation of a grade, distribution of a grade, and transcript. Resulted information had not showed proportion of lesson unit implementation and burden of lecturers. The new system results more accurate information, quicker, and more completed information other than the old system. Beside that, the new system is easy to access as the result of system development based on web. Sumber Utama : www.mikm.undip.ac.id
