The diagnosis of urticaria isn’t difficult, but to determine the cause is frequently difficult. Prick test can be used for determining the cause. It is allergy test which can be used for allergen identification. Objective : (1) To find out all kinds of allergen based on anamnesis and prick test. (2) To find out the agreement in allergen identification between anamnesis and prick test. Methode : This research was descriptive with distribution tables and analytic with kappa test analyzing. The samples were 43 patients with experiences an acute urticaria. The samples were identified by quisioner and then prick test. Prick test was measured by looking width of erythem after 15 until 20 minutes. Anamnesis and prick test were independent variable. Result : Based on distribution tables, crab and house dust had the most percentage then based on Kappa test, the agreement of allergen identification between prick test and anamnesis was 76,2 %, 14,2 % not adjusted, and 9,5 % constant. Conclussion : (1) The most of allergen that caused acute urticaria were crab and house dust. (2) There was an agreement of allergen identification on patients with experiences an acute urticaria using prick test and anamnesis in 76,2 %. Keyword : Acute urticaria, prick test, anamnesis
