Nevertheless, wide fire was happened after accreditation. Therefore, this situation accounted for the question about how far the work performance of Occupational Safety and Health at Sunan Kalijaga Hospital after accreditation. Aim of this research was to analyze the work performance of Occupational Safety and Health after accreditation. This was observational research using a descriptive method and quantitative analysis based on an accreditation instrument to support qualitative analysis. From 7 standards and 27 parameters, it is obtained that 24% of scores are included in low value. This condition reveals that there is happened decreasing of the work performance after accreditation in which the hospital had been fully accredited in year 2003 with minimal score equal to 75%. As a suggestion, the hospital management needs to overcome the problems for improving the work performance of Occupational Safety and Health after accreditation, to re-establish commitments made by all sectors, to form a committee positioned in one level under the Director Hospital, and to perform training, supervising from a related institution and comparing study.
