Abstract

The design of densitometer has been realized based on microcontroller ATMega 8535 with objective to measure of the degree of blackness and density of x-ray radiograph. System was built using OPT101 light to voltage sensor. which intensity of light will convert to analog voltage value and it is value will procces at ATMega microcontroller and send to computer to translate into mass density. Testing is done with comparing the density measurement results with a standard density. In research resulted a densitometer as density radiograph measurement. Equipment has been calibrated with a standard density with 0,99 coefficient correlation.
