The Analysis of Perception Influence of Hospitalization Quality Service to Decision of Recicle Using in RSUD Kab. Brebes in 2008

Abstract

State Hospital in Brebes regency was established in 1954 with 215 bedsheet has strategic position an chance in Central Java. There is a tendency of BOR declining 62,13 % in 2001 and 52,72 % in 2006. There is a tendency of patient visit declining for general pateient and there is still complaint from the patients to the Hospitalization service. This research aims to know the patients’ perception about doctors quality service, nursery quality service, quality of equipments and hospitalization circumstance and the influence to decision of revisit. This research used survey method with analytic quantitative by crossectional approachment. The sample of thus reseach are 90 hospitalalization patiens who adequate with inclution criteria. Using questionnaire instrument that is characteristic data, the value of quality service and decision revisit with reasons. The data analysis is done by univariate, bivariat with Chi-Square Test to find the relation and multivariate analysis with logistic regretion for the big influence. The perception to the doctor quality service, nursery service, quality of equitmenta and hospitalization circumstance as the pateints’ wish. High of Decision revisit patient is 93,3 %. To the relation between the perception of Doctor quality service (p=0,020), Nursery quality service (p=0,025), Quality of equitment (p=0,008) and quality hospitalization circumstance (p=0,016) with decision revisit. There is each and together influence with the doctor quality service, nursery quality service, quality of equipments and hospitalization circumstance with the influence to decision of revisit with p value ≤ 0,05.
