STUDI IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN DAERAH NOMOR 1 TAHUN 2004 TENTANG PENYELENGGARAAN DAN RETRIBUSI PARKIR TEPI JALAN UMUM KOTA SEMARANG (STUDI KASUS DI KAWASAN SIMPANG LIMA)

Abstract

The aim of this research is about the Implementationpolicy sidewalk highway parking is to research how the implementation of Peraturan Daerah Nomor 1 Tahun 2004 run about the management sidewalk highway parking (Y) that related with the level of comunication (X1), the contains of Peraturan Daerah (X2) and the behaviour of the parking officer (X3) in Kawasan Simpang Lima, Semarang city. The result of this research explain that implementation of Peraturan Daerah Nomor 1 tahun 2004 about the management sidewalk higway parking (Y) in Kawasan Simpang Lima, Semarang city is not work so well that caused by variable level of communication (X1), the contains of Peraturan Daerah (X2) and the behaviour of the parking officer (X3).
