OPTIMISASI PENDANAAN PROYEK DENGAN TEKNIK PEMROGRAMAN LINIER (Studi Kasus : Proyek-proyek dengan Kontrak Unit Price)

Abstract

Abstract Construction company often faced project financial problem. Often, construction company difficult to finish the project caused by limited resources (financial properness and payment terms). If construction’s company financial resource is limited, than contractor has to calculate optimum funding for the project. In case evaluate contractor’s financing project ability this research manipulate cash flow project into linear programming model or mathematical model. In designing and selecting the mathematical model, it is necessary to consider the relationship between limited sources (money) and the optimal solution. Benefit which be reached by using linier programming that is contractor would detect the project financial properness, financial alternative and maximum profit.
