Abstract

Menghadapi situasi keterbukaan dan globalisasi ekonomi diperlukan perekonomian nasional sebagai satu kesatuan ekonomi yang solid. Untuk itu diperlukan tata hubungan/kemitraan usaha yang serasi dan sating menguntungkan dalam rangka mewujudkan sistem perekonomian yang tangguh. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui model kemitraan usaha yang perlu diterapkan antara Kelompok Usaha Bersama ( KUB ) dengan mitra usahanya serta faktor-faktor internal apa saja yang diperlukan oleh KUB dalam mengadakan kemitraan usaha dengan para. =Tanya. Penelitian ini dilalcsanakan di Kabupaten Jepara, dengan mettgambil sampel dua KUB di Keeamatan Mlonggo. Metode analisa yang dipergunakan adalah analisa SWOT. Basil penelitian dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa kemitraan usaha telah dijalankan oleh KUB dengan mitra usahanya tetapi belum optimal, beberapa kendala yang ditemui antara lain pengusaha/industri besar dan menengah selalu berorientasi untuk merman keuntungan maksimum sehingga pelaksanaan kemitraan dengan kUB dikawatirkan alcan membebani operasional perusahaannya. Dari sisi KUB sendiri pada umumnya tingkat profesionalisme dalam berbisnis masih rendah The open policy and economic globalization required national economy as one solid unity of economy: Furthermore it needed a harmony in the relation among institution that play the role under the same function each benefits to one another. This research is run to measure the right model of partnership between KUB and its partner and to analyze which internal factors needed by the KUB regarding the partnership relation. The research was held at Jepara Regency in Central Java, which taken samples in Mlonggo. The analyzing method used is SWOT. Result of the research shows that partnership has became a general way of doing business but yet not to the term of optimality. Among many difficulties found are: that large and middle industries are taking-advantage oriented of the relation up to maximum rate possible, thus the partnership is seen as more burden towards company responsibilities rather than benefit. In the other side, the professional competency among the KUB subject are generally insufficient. Other difficulty is that the principles of both benefiting and equality partnership is far from practiced optimally. The scheme of partnership recommended between the KUB and its partner is a sub-contract and general trading scheme under a simple and integrated model. Sub-contract partnership model is designed for production KUB which produces half finished goods, while the general trading partnership is aimed for production KUB which produces finished goods.
