Abstract
Ikan hias laut kepe-kept merupakan salah satu potensi sumberdaya perairan Indonesia, dan jugs merupakan salah sate komoditas panting datum sektur perikanan;namun sampai scat ini Mum dibudidayakan. Scbagai langkah awal membenihkan ikan hias hut ini maka akan dieoba membenihkan ikan dengan menerapkan hormon hipofisa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelahui elektivitas berbagai dosis hipotisa terhadap reproduksi ikan kepe-kepe. Dosis yang digunakan I mg./1(10 gr berat ikan (A), 1,5 mg./I 00 gr berat ikon (13) dan 2 ing./100 gr berat ikan (C). Penelitian menggunakan metoda laboratorium, dengan rancangan percobaan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL), dengan 3 perlskuan and 5 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa induk ikan kepe-kepe matang gonad memputiyai panjang antara 8,00 - 10,50 cm, dan berat antara 19,60 -44,51 gr. sena 1KG (indeks kematangan gonad) antara 3,73-5,41. Perlakuan memberikan pengaruh berbeda sangat nyata terhadap kecepatan ovulasi ikan, prosentase telur ovulasi dan prosentase mbar tcrbitain . Trend data menujukkan bahwa semakin tinggi dosis diiktai dengan peningkatan respcinnya. SUMMARY Application of pituitary doses levels to stimulate ovulation or ornamental sea fish kepe-kepe (Choefothatap.), As first step to seed produce. Ornamental sea fish kepe-kepe is one or Indonesian fishery resources seawater potency, but until now it not yet to culture. This study is a first step seed production of kepe-kepe, with aplication of pituitary doses levels. The aims of study to determine effectively of pituitary doses levels to the reproduction of kepe-kepe fish, the levels of doses used i.e. 1 mg./100 gr of body weight (A), 1,5 ing./100 gr of body weight (B) and 2 mg,/100 gr of body weight (C). The study used experimental laboratory method, with Completely Randomized Design, 3 treatments, and 5 replications. Results of the study showed that the brood stock has total length as 8,00 - 1Q50 cm, body weight as 19,60 - 44,51 gr. and mature gonad index as 3,73-5,41. The treatments have significant effect to the latency time of ovulation, presentation of ovulation, and presentation of fertilization. Data trend showed that increasing dose to stimulate that the responses.
