ANAL1SIS INVESTASI PEMERINTAH TERHADAP SUB SEKTOR PANGAN DI JAWA TENGAH

Abstract

Agriculture sector is the basic of Indonesia's economy, since the majority of Indonesian people depends on it. Although the number of relative contribution on this sector under the economy measured by its value added proportion tends to decreased, the value and role of it does not seem to show the same symptom. The value added of this sector continue to show an increasing number from time to time. This research is conduted to understand the development of agricultural sector especially in the food crop sub sector, and also to measure the correlation intensity of government investment under the same sub sector towards the development of the food crop production in Central Java. To analyze such development it used the qualitative-descriptive analysis and the analysis technique used to measure the correlation intensity is correlation analysis The result shows that the value of the food crop sub sector product increase absolutely though there is a fluctuating circumstances each year, while under the measurement of correlation analysis concluded that government investment variable has a definitely strong and positive relation to the development of food crop product in central Java, with a real number showing figures on correlation analysis ( r ) at 0,7198. Agriculture sector is greatly differs from the other considering the fact that this sector have an immensely dependency on nature thus the government investment is only one of the factor needed to support the development of wholly agriculture sector. Sektor pertanian merupakan basis perekonomian di Indonesia, karena sebagian besar rakyat Indonesia menggantungkan kehidupannya pada sektor ini. Walaupun sumbangsih nisbi ( relative contribution ) sektor pertanian dalam perekonomian diukur berdasarkan proporsi nilai tambahnya dalam membentuk produk domestik regional brute cenderung mengalami penurunan, hal itu bukanlah berarti nilai dan peranannya sernalcin tidak bertambah. Nilai tarnbah sektor pertanian dari waktu ke waktu tetap stink' meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan sektor pertanian khususnya sub sektor tanarnan pangan, dan ingin mengetahui juga keeratan hubungan antara investasi pemerintah di sub sektor tanaman pangan terbadap perkembangan produksi tanaman pangan di Jawa Tengah. Untuk menganalisa perkembangan sub sektor tanaman pangan dengan analisa deskriptif kualitatif dan telcnik analisis yang dipergunakan unutk rnengetahui keeratan hubungan tersebut adalah metode korelasi. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa nilai produk sub sektor tanaman pangan secara absolut mengalami peningkatan meskipun mengalami flulctuasi pada tiap tahunnya, keatudian berdasarkan perhitungan korelasi dapat dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel invostasi pernerintah mempunyai hubungan yang cukup kuat dan positip terhadap perks mbangan produk tanaman pangan di Jawa Tengah, karena berdasarkan perbiningan korelasi diperoleh angka koefisien korelasi ( r ) sebesar 0,7198. Sektor pertanian sangat berbeda dengan sektor usaha yang lainnya, karena sifat dan pertanian sangat besar sekali ketergantungannya pada alam, jadi investasi peinerintah hanya merupakan salah satu faktor saja untuk mendukung perkembangan sektor pertanian secara keseluruhan.
