PERBEDAAN HISTOPATOLOGIS ALVEOLUS ANTARA INJEKSI HCL DENGAN CAIRAN LAMBUNG INTRATRACHEAL PADA MODEL SINDROM ASPIRASI PARU TIKUS WISTAR

Abstract

Background : Aspiration is a risk of anesthetic induction that be happened on intubation periode, post intubation, and post surgery. Even its mortality rate was low, improper management will increase the morbidity rate. Objective : The objective of the study is to prove the difference of alveolus histopathology between HCl and gastric fluids intratracheal injection in wistar rats model of pulmonary aspiration syndrome. Methods : This research design use post test only control group design on 25 wistar male rats divided into 5 group. K group was control which was given normal saline 0,4ml/KgBW, P1 group given with HCl 0,4ml/KgBW, P2 group was given HCl 1ml/KgBW, P3 group was given gastric fluids 0,4ml/KgBW, and P4 group was given gastric fluids 1ml/KgBW. All the fluid were injected intratracheal. After 15minutes, all rats were anesthetized with ether followed by termination and examination microscopically Result : The highes score of what was in P4. The score is evaluated base on degeneration of alveolus wall. The normality test use Saphiro-Wilk then continued with Oneway ANOVA. The Oneway ANOVA showed unsignificance defferences(P=0,138). Conclusion : HCl injection with gastric fluids intratracheal in defferences doses for about 15minutes in wistar rats model of pulmonary aspiration syndrome coused changes alveolus histological feature as mild oedema.
