Abstract

Background : on each death ,it happen some decay process where destruction cell through aseptic process which it call autolysis process. Cell lysis change it can observe through histopathology description. This process influence by medium, microorganism ,air humidity, and surrounding temperature. In death cases, corpse can be found on land, submerged or partially submerged in water. For this reason, the research about the differences of speed lysis cell in land and fresh water : based on histopathology should be needed to decide how long the death time. Method : Quantitative research using 10 healthy wistar rats with averagely age between 3 – 4 month with weight 250 – 300gr with normal anatomy lung condition is dislocated upon the neck bone. Sample will be distributed into 2 groups for 2 locations. Group A is located at fresh air water and group B is located at media land. And then every 12 minutes wistar rat’s make one preparation of lung and for each preparation make to count alveolus lung lysis. Result : at Shapiro-wilk test resulted in ground media (p=0,407), on a fresh water (p=0,032).the hypotesist used is T test couple from hypotesist tested get result p=0,072 Conclusions : there’s no significant differences on wistar rats which buried on ground and drowned on fresh water , its causing by external factor kind a like temperature and moistured which need continue reasearched Keyword : autolysis , decomposition, time of death
