PENGARUH PENCEMARAN UDARA OLEH DEBU PABRIK PEMBAKARAN KAPUR TERHADAP KESEHATAN PEKERJA DAN MASYARAKAT SEKITAR PABRIK

Abstract

Air pollution is change composition of air cause by human activity either director indirect which is the certain concentration and certain time can cause the negative impact on human, aninml, plant and other surrounding. The lime-water Ca(OH)2 is dangerous substance for the eyes, the kind or the dusti Jarticle will influence of the respiratoric tract and dust will irritate the skin or mucose. The problem is How air pollution from the lime-boring and influence the health effect (lung, eye-conjuntiva and skin) of the workers and corwnities sorround The aims of the study to find out the relation between air pollution cause by lime burning industry and the health impact (lung, skin and eye) of the worker and community surrounding. Source of research data is primary data from the respondent and secondary data from industrial medical record. Methods of data collecting are observation and determinating of the air pollution and physical examination of the worker and community surrounding. Analysis model are descriptive data and relationship between dependent and independent variable of study. The result of the study are - Score of the air dust in industrial environment and community surrounding, over than value of threshold limit. - The prevalence of red eyes of the worker is high - No correlation between the long of work and total number of eye, skin and respiratoric tract disease. - condition of environment (hygiene sanitation) include of housing in the community surround of the lime-burning industry is good. Advance of the study to decribe and to analyse of the dust-lime burning industry is needed. Sumter data studi adalah data primer dari responden dan data sckunder dari catatan medik perushann. Netoda pengumpulan data dengancara obsetwasi dan menentUkan taraf pencemaran union dan penthriksnan fisik pars pekerja dan nwayaraket sekitar.
