IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PROGRAM KELUARGA BERENCANA DI KABUPATEN BATANG STUDI KASUS PENINGKATAN KESERTAAN KB PRIA DI KECAMATAN GRINGSING

Abstract

Focus and location this research is in implementation of Family Planning Policy in Batang Regency, case study of increase of Family Planning men’s participation in Gringsing Sub district, the purpose of research is for analyze policy implementation also to knowing and to analyze influencing policy implementation factors. With phenomenology’s methods, use qualitative methods analyzer conclude that policy implementation not yet it to. The indication is showing by still lower men’s participation attainment of New Family Planning, it influencing by some factors, including, the capability to communication (counseling) officer of Family Planning is still lower, resource quality is still lower, it induce to lower disposition of implementation officer, and also organization chart in sub district not yet fixed. The other reality besides four dimensions is mentioned, policy context also influence implementation, including, influence of religion figure, culture in society where women is to giving in and receive, and also lack of counseling media for fathers.
