PERILAKU KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI WANITA USIA SUBUR DI DAERAH TINGKAT II JEPARA

Abstract

The target of reproductive health is the women in fertil age. The objectives of reproductive health is to decrease the Infant Mortality Rate, Under Five Years Old Mortality Rate and Maternal Mortality Rate. The action of reproductive health still has the obstacles, especially the behaviour of the women in fertil age influenced by social dan cultural factor. The objectives of the research is to identify reproductive health behaviour of the women in fertil age. The location of the research are two villages in subdistrict of Bangsri, District of Jepara. The data collection was handled by quetioner for 60 women in fertil age and in depth interview to religion and community leader, doctors, midwives and field personnels of Board of Family Planning. The age of respondent had the first marriage under 20 years old was 35%. The user of contraception methode about 78.3% but 76% use non long term contraception methode <pill and injection>. The chilldren birth alive and the children still birth only I or 2 chdren. The value of having child are: continuing the generation/family, the investment for being old, increase the wealth of the family. About 96.7% had the antenatal care by midwives/ doctors <80%>. The majority of birth attendance is midwives <63.3%> Postnatal care was done by 90% and postnatal baby care was done by came to the doctors/ midwives <60%>. The communication, information and education must be increased by the religion/ community leaders, health personnels and field personnels of Board of Family Planning, especially : the postpone of the age of the first marriage, using the long term contraception methode, antenatal care and postnatal care.
