While 82,61% (19 responders) had mild symptom of prostate hyperplasia without overflow urinary incontinence, 4,76% (1 responder) had moderate symptom of prostate hyperplasia without overflow urinary incontinence, and 0% (0 responder) had severe symptom of prostate hyperplasia without overflow urinary incontinence. Spearman Correlation Test shows that there was a positive correlation between clinical of prostate hypeplasia and incidence of overflow urinary incontinence in elderly male patient ( correlation coefficient = 0,778; p < 0,0001 ). Conclusion : clinical of prostate hyperplasia have a meaning correlation with incidence of overflow urinary incontinence in elderly male patient. Keywords : overflow urinary incontinence, prostate hyperplasia, IPSS score.
