One of effect the poisoned of aspirin is kidney damage. Objective : To find the effect of oral administration of dose various aspirin that is ½ x 1106 mg, 1106 mg, and 2 x 1106 mg to the ureum and creatinine plasma of wistar mice. Method : This research is a laboratory experimental research which uses The Post Test-Only Control Group Design. The samples are 24 male wistar mice and divided into one control group and three treatment group. Control group (K) received no aspirin, treatment group (P1,P2,P3) given with ½ x 1106, 1106 mg, and 2 x 1106 mg of aspirin. The ureum and creatinine plasma level was examined on the 11th days. Result : The average number of the ureum plasma in K=34,67 mg/dl, P1=45,83 mg/dl, P2=54,50 mg/dl, and P3=69,17 mg/dl. There was a significant differences of ureum plasma between K-P1, K-P2, K-P3, P1-P2, P1-P3, and P2-P3 groups. The average number of the creatinine plasma in K=1,07 mg/dl, P1=1,07 mg/dl, P2=1,15 mg/dl, and P3=1,52 mg/dl. There was a significant differences of ureum plasma between K-P3, P1-P2, P1-P3, and P2-P3 groups. Conclusion : Oral administration of dose various aspirin can increase the ureum and creatinine plasma level of wistar mice. Keywords : aspirin, ureum plasma, and creatinine plasma.
