ANALISIS PENDAPATAN NELAYAN BUBU DI KARIMUNJAWAI KABUPATEN JEPARA

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identification social and economic condition of the fishermen bubu, to analyze the bubu fishermen in come and to analyze the compare of income and the budget of the bubu fishermen. The methodological with use in this research is descriptive method on the characteristic of case study interviewing the respondent with is supported by questioner and direct observation to the field. They are 17 respondent as primal./ date 43 population of Bubu fishermen, and the secondary date as the supporting is primary date are social and economic condition such is demography, and the related date with the fishery sector such is the dale of fish product, the number of fishermen and the instrument of catching. Base on the result of the research it is known that fishery potentially in district Karimunjawa is really great in term of the volume production, the value of production and also the number of catching units. The level of Buhu fishermen income is influent by the price of fish production, the cost infestations, the cost of the operation of fishing, and the number of employment. The maximum income per month is Rp. 6000.000,- , the cost of the infestations Rp. 350.000.-, and the operation cost Kp 480.000,- the level of the comparison between income and the cost (RIO of the Bubu fishermen in a month is influent by the high level of income and the low level of cost both on infestation os fishing instrument and on operational cost. The score R/C income and cost with high and one. They are two respondent who has score high then one and is respondent who have score and the low the one. So, the cost of one rupiah expedite will contribution lost than one rupiah for the score of R/C last than one. Therefore, to optimalize the number of the production of fishery, the Bubu technology should be developed especially the area of the specific fish habitat together with the combine tampon instrument. Penelitian ini bertujuan antara lain untuk : mengetahlti kondisi sosial dan ekonomi nelayan bubu, inenganalisis tingkat pendapatan nelayan bubo, dan menganalisis perhandiagan penerimaan dan pengeluaran nelayan hubu. Metode penclitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan sifal studi kasus, dengan metode wawancara dengan dipandu quisioner dan observasi langsung ke lapangan. Data primer sebanyak 17 responden dart 43 populasi nelayan huhu, sedangkan data sekunder sehagai data pendukung antara lain data kondisi sosial ekonomi (seperti : data penduduk, data demografi), data yang terkait dengan sektor perikanan t antara lain: data produksi iakan, jumlah nelayan, alat tangkap). Dan hasil penelitiars didapatkan bahwa potensi sektor perikanan di Kecamatan Karisnunjawa tennasuk besar, dad sisi valuinc produksi dan nilai produksi, juga unit penangkapan yang dimiliki. Tingkat pendapatan nelayan bubo dipenganthi oleh nilai produksi basil tangkapan ikan. pengeluaran unit* investasi dan pengoperasian alat tangap, dan jumlah tenaga ketja yang dipekerjakan, dengan pendapatan perbulan totinggi sebesar Rp. 6.000.000,- - dengan biaya pengeluaran untuk investasi sebesar Rp. 350.000,- dan operasional sebesar Rp. 480.000,-. Tingginya perbandingan penerimaan dan pengeluaran (R/C) nelayan hubu selama satu bulan, dipengaruhi oleh tingginya pendapatan dan rendahnya biaya yang hams dikelurkan, baik untuk investasi alat tangkap maupun Maya operasional. Nilai R/C yang lebih besar dad 1 ada 2 responden yang 15 responden lainnya memiliki nilai R/C dibawah satu, maka sate rupiah Maya yang dikeluarkan akan memberikan penerimaan kurang dad sant rupiah, untuk nilai R/C kurang dari satu. lle,ngan den ikian untuk lebih mengoptimalkan hasil tangkapan dad bubo teknnlogi bubu pain lebih ditingkatkan, pemasangan bubu pada daerah yang merupakan habitat ikan tertentu, dan dikombinasi dengan pemasangan rumpon.
