PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN KONSELOR SEKOLAH SLTP I SETA DALAM PENYULUHAN KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI

Abstract

Developing countries by the end of year 2000, about/around 90% HIV reside in the developing countries. Although amount of case HIV / AIDS reported in Indonesia by the end of year 1993 still below/under 200 people, estimated by a number in fact have exceeded 20.000 patient. From the amount 15% is woman of is including adolescent of new putri sit in SLTP / SLTA. In the year 1996 more than 14 million human being in infection world have HIV, even WHO every day there are addition of about/around 5 thousand one who infection HIV. Otherwise Mere is action and or is not done/conducted early is directional and also, hence at century to 20 one who infection AIDS estimated will reach 40 million people. But very worrying is that age group which is at most this virus infection ( High risk group ) namely productive age group , counted 65% from them which infection HIV killing is adolescent of this research is to improve the ability counselor go to school the SLIP / SLTA in counseling and health reproduce. Result of this research indicate that there are various health problems reproduce among good student of SLIP / SLTA of like; free association, intimate pacaran, pos test of because made a fool of, desisting school of because pregnancy and worthless of sexual. This problems emerge the we are base in decision of all student relate to the health reproduce the analysis of at ability counselor indicate that generally require the information of about student problems to increase ability in tuition to student in school. Di negara berkembang pada akhir tahun 2000, sekitar 90% pengidap HIV berada di negara berkembang. Walaupun jumlah kasus HIV / AIDS yang dilaporkan di Indonesia pada akhir tahun 1993 masih dibawah 200 orang, diperkirakan angka sebenarnya sudah melebihi 20.000 penderita. Dari jumlah tersebut 15% adalah perempuan termasuk remaja putri yang barn duduk di SLTP / SLTA. Pada tahun 1996 lebih dari 14 juta manusia di dunia telah terinfeksi HIV, bahkan WHO mensinyalir setiap hari terdapat penambahan sekitar 5 ribu orang yang terinfeksi HIV. Jika tidak ada tindakan ataupun penanggulangannya tidak dilakukan secara dini serta terarah, maka pada abad ke 20 orang yang terinfeksi AIDS diperkirakan akan mencapai 40 juta prang. Namun yang sangat mengawatirkan adalah bahwa kelompok umur yang paling banyak terinfeksi virus ini ( kelompok risiko tinggi ) yakni kelompok usia produktif sebanyak 65% dari mereka yang terinfeksi HIV yang mematikan adalah remaja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan konselor sekolah SLIP /SLTA dalam penyuluhan dan kesehatan reproduksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat berbagai permasalahan kesehatan reproduksi di kalangan siswa baik SLTP / SLTA seperti; pergaulan bebas, pacaran intim, prustasi karena dipermainkan, berhenti sekolah karena hamil dan pelecehan seksual. Permasalahan-permasalahan ini muncul tersebut dipakai dasar dalam keputusan para siswa berkaitan dengan kesehatan reproduksi. Analisis pada kemampuan konselor menunjukkan bahwa umumnya membutuhkan informasi sekitar permasalahan siswa untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam bimbingan terhadap siswa di sekolah.
