Abstract
A decline in the number of referred patients at radiology unit of Ungaran District General Hospital (RSUD) and disappointment of referral doctors were a service quality problem attained by referral doctors. This problem had to be promptly overcome by the RSUD Ungaran managerial board. The objective of this study was to know the suitability level of referral doctor’s expectation and satisfaction on radiograph product quality. This is an observational study with cross sectional approach and survey method. Study population and sample used in this study were 25 persons (all referral doctors).
