Objective : To review the effects of short term exercise using Harvard Step method on bleeding time. Subject and Methods : Quasi experimental was done with pretest and posttest design included 20 experimental subject using purposive sampling . Criteria of experimental subject is male, 18-23 years old, with minimal height 165 cm. The exercise that employed was the 3 minute Harvard Step. Results : The result shown that mean of bleeding time after exercise (BT before) is 83.15 (SD = 14.113) seconds, and mean of bleeding time after exercise (BT after) is 94.35 ( SD = 20.011) seconds. The result of Wilcoxon Test showed that there were significant differences, p=0.005 (p<0.05). Conclusion : The result show that bleeding time increase after short term exercise. Keywords : Exercise, Bleeding Time, Harvard Step
