Abstract

Doctors, as one of the hospital officers, had an important role. One of the internal clients in the hospital was collaborating doctors who were specialist doctors and not permanent doctors in Pantiwilasa Citarum hospital. The number of collaborating doctors was higher than the number of hospital permanent doctors. This condition was expected to provide significant contribution to the hospital. By implementation of PERMENKES 512 year of 2007, regarding limitation of the place to perform medical practice to a maximum of 3 places, the number of doctors who chose Pantiwilasa Citarum hospital for doing their medical practices was 47%. The number of outpatients and BOR (Bed Occupancy Ratio) during 4 years tended to be stagnant. The objective of this study was to know the suitability between expectation and reality experienced by collaborating medical specialists in Pantiwilasa Citarum hospital.
