Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian mengensi pengaruh carbofuran terhadapj proses pematangan telur ikan NIla. Pestisida carbofuran merupakan bahan aktif postislda yang banyak digunakan oleh petani di Indonesia. Liinbah pertanian. Origin pestisidanya merupakan salah satu sumber Iltarra oencemaran cf. perairan ,partai sehingga dampak pestisida terhadap lingkurTcnnya menjadi periling entuk ldiketahui karena akan merusak ekosistem perairan pantal. • Panetitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh dari beherapa tingkat kadar carbofuran terhadap proses pematangan telur ikan Nila. Malta untuk itu dilakukan uji toksisitis dan studi histologi gonad ikan Nila. Hasil penelitian rnemperlihatkan bahwa penggunaan pestisida carbefuran mempengaruhi tingkat Gonad Somasi Indeks (GS!), semakin tinggi konsentrasi carbofuran maka semakin rendah GSI ikan. Pada konsentrasi 13% C50 carbofuran dapat manurunkan GSI ikan Nila. Konsentrasi dari 75% dad LC50 carbofuran mengakibatkan radang pada gonad ikan Nila. Kata kunci: carbofuran, gonad ikan Nila, GSI Summary • Investigation has been done in the effect of carbofuran pesticide to mature eggs process of fish Tilapia. carbofuran is a bioactive compound of pesticide Which the major use by farmer in Indonesia. Farming wane is ore of the contamination pallution in the coastal water, therefore the defection of carbofuran in the gonad cfi fish hes become importan to be recognise. Based on those facts, this research was aimed to study the effect of some consentration of carbofuran to mature eggs orocess of Tilapia fish. Problerhs of the research were approached through the toxic test an a histology analysis 'pi gonad Tilapia fish. Results of this experiment showed that by using pestiside of carbofuran is effeCted to Gonad Somasi Index rate. While the using of concentration carbofuran is higher, GSI of fish will be lower. The consentration of carbofuran is 10% C50 could be incleaned lGSI of fish. Consentration of carbofuran 75% (torn Leso caused infection in gonad 'of Tilapia fish.
