Abstract

Collaboration practice was formed when a person was trying to fully satisfy his/her needs and others’ needs. Collaboration practice between nurse and doctor (nurse-doctor) required professional knowledge and attitude started from communication manners, manners in collaborating with patients and doctors, to the nurse’s ability in decision making. Nurses in the inward unit of Dr. Amino Gondohutomo Semarang mental hospital (RSJ) had not fully performed their collaboration practice with the doctors. The objective of this study was to know the influence of nurse’s knowledge on collaboration indicator to the nurse-doctor collaboration practice in the inward unit of RSJD Dr. Amino Gondohutomo Semarang
