Abstract
This study aims to examine affect of education, gender, age, and sales experience to adaptive selling. Adaptive selling is the altering of sales presentations across and during customer interactions in response to the perceived nature ofthe sales situation. This study using survey data from salespeople in Rumah Salat Umum Denisa and regressionpath analysis. Questionnairesfilled by sales manager to describe salespeopleperformance. A positive relationship was observed only between gender and adaptive selling. There is no relationship between education, age, and sales experience to adaptive selling.
