Abstract

The nursing is needed to be developed in order to face the AFTA 2003. The nursing developing such as in nursing knowledge, education, skill health service, is more increased in understanding of nursing awareness area. This definition is reflect from perceived service, but the hoping of the patient to the nursing service (ekspected service) is not must discuss yet (Parasuraman, in Fandy Tjiptono,2000). Nursing is more diveloped from nursing area as a subject and the patient as the nursing object. So, the hoping of the patient to the nursing service is needed to be searched. The goals of the reseach are knowing the hoping of the patient to : (1) nursing practice in interaction and communication area, (2) nursing practice of nurse responsiveness in order to handle health problem, (3) time liness of support in nursing practice, (4) completeness of support in nursing practice. This research is used lenomonolugically descriptive research design which is used when the reseacher will looks for the match and correct definition in order to understand the meaning of ,th phenomenon or to search the human experience. According to the human experience when they were hospitalized, the hoping of the patient to the nursing service are : (1) knowing what happen to themselves when they were hospitalized, (2) nurse able to give both of physical and psycological needs, (3) nurse will be able to come ott time according to patient's needs, patient regard the coming late of nurse can make unwanted happen, (4) comprehensive service of nursing skill can reduce the patient stresses. Keperawatan perlu dikembanglcan untuk menghadapi AFTA 2003. Pengembangan keperawatan antam lain dalam bidang iltnu pengetahuan, pendidikan, ketranipilatt pelayanan, masih lebih besar arahnya pada pemahaman did perawat sendiri. Mau pemaluutum ini dipandang dart aspek jasa yang dipersepsikan (percieved service) sedangkan harapan pasien terhadap pelayanan (expected service) belum banyak dibahas (Parasuraman, dalam Fandy Tjiptono, 2000). Atau keperawatan lebih banyak dikembangkan dan aspek perawat sebagai subjek dan pasien sebagai objek keperawatan. Maka harapan pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan perlu diteliti lebih lanjut Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui harapan pasien terhadap (I) praktik keperawatan dalam interaksi atau komunikasi, (2) praktik keperawatan dari sifat responsifiwa perawat dalam rangka mengatasi masalah kesehatannya, (3) praktik keperawatan dart ketepatan peinanfaatan waktu dalam memberikan pelavan perawatan terhadap pasien, (4) praktik keperawatan dalam meuyelesaikan masalah yang getiang dihadapi. Punchball ini menggunakan desain penelitian desktiptif fenomenologis yang digunakan ketika peneliti akan mencari pengertian yang cocok dan tepatuntuk memahami arti dan fenomena atau bisa dikatakan mencari arti dart pengalaman manusia. Sesuai dengan pengalaman pasien selama dirawat di rumah harapan pasien terhadap pelayanan pasien adalah sebagai berikut: (1) tabu apa yang dialami selanta di tumult sakit dan mengerti apa yang hams dilakukan sebagai pasien di numb sakit, (2) perawat mainpu memberikan keseimbangan kebutuhan fisik dan psikologi , (3) perawat akan datang pada waktu yang sesuai kebutuhan pasien sehingga pasien menganggap terlambat sedikit hal yang tidak diinginkan terjadi, (4) pelayanan komprehensif dibedkan oleh perawat dengan kemampuan perawat dapat mengurangi stress pasien.
