SINTESIS PROBIOTIK BERMINERAL UNTUK MEMACU PERTUMBUHAN DAN MENINGKATKAN PRODUKSI SERTA KESEHATAN SAPI PERAH

Abstract

Objectives of this study was to found the best combination of probiotics containing organic mineral (Zink, Chromium, Selenium) for increased productivity of sheep and milk production of dairy cattle. Experiment 1 was in vivo trial in 16 sheep. A Block Randomised Design was then conducted to evaluate 4 dietary treatment, i.e. K = control diet, A = K + probiotic (Sc+Ao) without mineral, A — K + probiotic Se¬Zn + Ao without mineral, B= K + probiotic Sc-Zn +Ao-Cr and C = K + probiotic Sc¬Zn + Ao-Cr +Ao-Se. In experiment 2 the same treament trial ini 16 lactating. dairy cows. The observation ini sheeps supplementation probiotic containing Zn yielded more daily gain, but lactating dairy cows have the best milk, fat and lactose production with supplementation probiotic containing Zn+Cr. Somatie Cell Count (SCC) of milk was lowest with supplementation probiotic containing Zn+Cr+Se.
