PENGARUH SEBAB KEMATIAN PADA ASFIKSIA YANG DIAKIBATKAN OLEH PENJERATAN DAN PERDARAHAN YANG DIAKIBATKAN OLEH PENUSUKAN TERHADAP PROSES TERJADINYA RIGOR MORTIS PADA KELINCI STRAI NEW ZEALAND WHITE

Abstract

Background :The number of criminal in Indonesia was increasing.Most of crime is in case of pricking and ligating.Pricking will cause blooding, so that will be happened by degradation of this tissue perfusion.It caused decrase supply of oxygen.While at asphyxia which because of trapping, hence the body will experience of oxygen insuffiency of caused by its corking of upper airway so that will be happened by insuffiency of oksigen.So.ATP obtained from of through process of aerobic glikolisis .Losing ATP will stopped muscle contractin cause muscle contraction needed energi. Objective:assest the rule of cause of death by ligature asphyksia and blooding pricking to rigor mortis mechanism at New Zealand rabbit. Method : Type of research is experimental with device post test only group design using 32 masculine rabbit of strain New Zealand White. Rabbit is 32 tail which divided into 2 group that is first treatment group and the second treatment. Each group 16 hare tail. First treatment group killed by ligation at neck , second group treatment killed by pricking at neck. Result : From research found time difference of process of rigor mortis(stieffening) between blooding and asphyxia. From both the things got that process of rigor mortis at group I happened quicker than group II. Conclusion : From research result got that rigor mortis ( stiffening) at group of blooding pricking happened to be quicker than group of ligature asphyxia. Keyword : rigor mortis, blooding, asfiksia
