Abstract
This research has been done in the Greenhouse of sub_ department of Animal Feed Plant Science, Animal Science Faculty, Diponegoro University on 6 months using latosol soil as plant media . The goal of this research project is to know how many dosis of rhizobium and fosfor to get the best performance of nitrogen activity of nodul on Cent rosema pubescens BENT7 A Completely Randomised Design was used with a facto¬rial (3)(3) model. Variable measured were nitrogen activity of nodul with ARA (Acetylene Reduction Assay) methode by Immsande (1992) and dry weight production of forage . Result showed that rhizobium sp. from 20 - 60 g inocu¬lum/kg seed significant (13<0,05) to nitrogen activity of nodul on Centro. The best performance is 6Q g inoculum/kg seed Fosfor and interaction between rhizobium sp. and fosfor treatment did not significant (F<0,05) to nitrogen activity and dry weight production of forage . Penelitian ini te1ah dilakukan di Rumah Kaca Ilmu Tanaman Makanan Ternak Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Diponegoro se1ama 6 bulan dengan mcnggunakan tanah latosol sebegai media tanam . Tujuan dari pene1itian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa dosis inokulum rhizobium sp. dan pemberian fosfor terbaik bagi aktifitas nodul akar Centrosema pubescens BENTE Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan AcaR Lengkap pola faktoria1 dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah dosis pupuk fosfor masing-masing 100; 150; dan 200 kg PoOR/ha; clan faktor kedua adalah dosis inokulum rhizobium tp: masing-masing sebesar 20; 40; dan 60 g inokulum/kg benih. Basil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian inokulum rhizobium sp. sebanyak 20 - 60 g inokulum/kg benih barna¬ngaruh nyata ( P<0,05 ) terhadap derajat katalisis ensim nitrogenase nodul akar Centrosema pubescens BENTE . Basil terbaik dicapai pada per1akuan inokulum rhizobium sp. sebanyak 60 g inokulum/kg benih yaitu sebesar 1,4181 . Pemberian fosfor sebanyak 100 - 200 kg POR/ha dan inte- raksi antara pemberian inokulum dan fosfbr' tidak berpe¬ngaruh nyata P<0,05 ) terhadap derajat katalisis ensim nitrogenase nodul akar, pertambahan tinggi maupun produksi hijauan Centrosema pubescens BENTE
