KOMPONEN NUTRITIF PADA COPEPODA SEBAGAI PAKAN ALAMI BIOTA LAUT : KAJIAN BIOENERGITIK

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan nutritif Copepoda berdasarkan kepada sistem ( skala volumik media ) pemeliharaan dan jenis pakan alami ( Chlorella sp. dan Dunaliella sp. ) yang diberikan. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari Januari sampai dengan Oktober 2003. Copepoda Acadia sp. diperoleh dari Sampling di Teluk Awur Jepara. Sejumlah 100 ekor per liter Copepoda dibesarkan dengan media 1500 ml, dengan perlakuan pemberian pakan Chlorella sp. dan Dunaliella sp.. Pemeliharaan dilakukan selama lima minggu. Selanjutnya Copepoda diperoleh dilanjutkan dengan pemeliharaan dalam media 10 liter, selama lima minggu pula. Masing - masing perlakuan diulang 3 kali. Pakan Chlorella sp. dan Dunaliella sp. diberikan dengan kepadatan 5600 sel / ml dan 2700 sel / ml. Variabel ukur meliputi kelimpahan Copepoda ( ind. / I ) dan analisis nutritif. Kelimpahan Copepoda dengan pakan Chlorella sp. sebesar 50.5 ± 28.35 = 63.5 ± 34.32 individu /I pada media 1500 ml dan 380 ± 429.3 - 427.5 ± 481.3 individu / I pada media 10 I. Kelimpahan Copepoda dengan pakan Dunaliella sp. sebesar 37.75 t 11.95 - 40.25 ± 16.26 individu / I untuk media 1500 ml dan 233.8 ± 118.6 - 317.5 ± 227.4 individu / I pada media 10 I. Kelimpahan Copepoda berdasarkan volume media sebesar 57.58 ± 29.84 pada media 1500 ml dan 403.3 ± 390.2 individu / I pada media 10 I, dengan pakan Chlorella sp.. Kelimpahan Copepoda sebesar 39.08 t 14.38 pada media 1500 ml dan 271.7 ± 157.1 pada media 10 I dengan pakan Dunaliella sp. Kelimpahan Copepoda dengan pakan Chlorella sp sebesar 30 ± 15.62 ; 58.33 ± 16.5 ; 42.33 ± 8.737 dan 99.67 ± 12.58 pada minggu 1, 2, 3 dan 4 dengan media 1500' mi. Kelimpahan Copepoda dengan pakan Chlorella sp sebesar 80 ± 34.64 ; 113.3 ± 35.62; 423.3 ± 87.37 dan 996.7 ± 125.8 pada minggu 1, 2, 3 dan 4 dengan media 10 I. Kelimpahan Copepoda dengan pakan Dunaliella sp. sebesar 42.67 ± 9.45; 57.67 ± 9.504 ; 24.67 ± 2.517 dan 31.33 ± 3.512 pada minggu 1, 2, 3 dan 4 dengan media 1500 ml. Kelimpahan Copepoda dengan pakan Dunaliella sp. sebesar 73.33 ± 10.41; 453.3 ± 147.4; 246.7 ± 25.17 dan 313.3 ± 35.12.pada minggu 1, 2, 3 dan 4 dengan media 10 I. Kajian bioenergitik menunjukkan Pakan Chlorella sp. memberikan Kandungan nutrisi Copepoda dengan nilai protein 29 %, lemak 10 %, karbohidrat 17 % dan mineral 34 %, dimana lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pakan Dunaliella sp. sebesar protein 28 %, lemak 7 %, karbohidrat 17 % dan mineral 29 %. Pakan Chlorella sp. memberikan Kandungan asam lemak Copepoda dengan nilai lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pakan Dunaliella sp. The aim of the research is to know the nutritive content of Copepoda fed on Chlorella sp. and Dunaliella sp. base on media volume. The observation conducted from January to October, 2003. The copepod, Acadia sp. collected from Awur Bay used test biota. 100 Copepod per liter were cultivied to 1500 ml medium fed on Chlorella sp. and Dunaliella sp. for five weeks observation. The Copepod crop will continued cultivied in the 10 liter of medium, with three replications. The ChThrone sp. and Dunaliella sp. densities weres 5600 cell / ml and 2700 cell / ml. The dependent variable was Copepod density and Nutritive Value. The Copepoda density fed on Chlorella sp show a value of 30 ± 15.62 ; 58.33 ± 16.5 ; 42.33 ± 8.737 dan 99.67 ± 12.58 individu / I for the weeks of 1, 2, 3 dan 4 base on the 1500 ml of medium. Bioenergitics study related to the Copepod nutrition fed on Chlorella sp. show a value of protein 29 %, lipid 10 %, carbohldrate 17 % and mineral 34 %, which are higher than the fed on Dunaliella sp. of the protein 28 %, lipid 7 %, carbohidrate 17 % and mineral) 29 %. The Chlorella sp. show a higher value of lipid acid of the Copepoda than the one of Dunaliella sp.
