Abstract

Empat pulub depalan ekor anak ayam umur 1 hari, Fl basil persilangan antara pejantan kampung dengan ras petelur, dengan berat badan (BB) awal 40.28 ± 0.66 g. Anak ayam dibagi 4 group dengan masing-masing dibagi 3 (4x3), setiap unit percobaan terdiri dari 4 ekor ayam dan ditempatkan dalam 12 petak kandang lanai litter Pakan yang dipakai adalah pakan korner¬sial B-20 produksi PT. Central Proteina Prima (CPP) dengan kandungan protein 19.29 % dan enersi 2.900 kkal/kg, Perlakuannya adalab penggantian dedak halus dalam pakan sebagai berikut : TO a- 0 %; TI = 25 %; T2 = 50 % den T3 = 75 %. Parameter yang diamati adalah penam¬bahan berat badan (PBB), konsumsi pakan, kadar lemak, kolesterol darns dan daging. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PBB dai kadar kolesterol daging tidak di¬pengamhi Web pemberian dedak halus. Kadar lemak dan kolesterol darab menurun dengan meniogkatnya dedak halos dalam pakan. Pon¬berian dedak halus 50 96 nyata (P < 0.05) menurunkan konsumsi pakan. Penetitian ini damn disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan dedak halus dalam pakan ayam Fl nyata menurunkan konsumsi oaken den dapm menurunkan kadar lemak dan kolesterol darab. ABSTRACT Forty-eight chick at cue day old of Fl crossing "kampung" male with layer female with average weight 40.28 ± 0.66 g were divided to 4 groups. Each group have three subgroups with 4 chicks every subgroup. The chicks were kept on 12 floor litter house. Commercial feed from Central Proteina Prima (B-20) was used with 19.29 % CP and 2.900 kcal/kg. The treatments were re¬pleasment of B-20 with rice brand at levels 0, 25, 50 and 75 %. The parameters were body weight gain, feed intake, fat, blood cholesterol and meat cholesterol content. The result was shown that body weight gain and meat cholesterol content were not influence by rice brand added. Fat and blood cholesterol were tended to be decreased as the amount of rice brand increase. Feed intake was significantly (P < 0.005) decreased by feeding rice brand more than 50 %.
