Abstract

ABSTRACT An experiment of the influence of testosterone propionote Injection on the testosterone concentration In blood and edible tissue or Mole Mangan sheep was carried out. Ration based on Penissetum pur¬pureum plus concentrate In pellet form fed adlibitum. Data were collected from the experiment and analyzed by the analysis of variance (ANOVA) with Completely Randomized Qesign. . The result of the experiment indicated that testosterone Injection were In¬creased (P<0,05) blood testosterone concentration. Testosterone concentration of TO (250.850 ng/dl) did not differ from 11 1271680 ngiclit but higher (P<0.05) from 12 (369e60 ng/d1), while 11 did not differ from 12. Testosterone Injection decreased . (P<0.01) the weight of testes, that the TO (122.162 grams) higher than 11 (100.675 grams) and 12 (92.660 grams), while Ti did not differ horn 12. Testosterone Injection did not influence (P>0.05) the testosterone contents In the edible tissue (otot clan heel), so did not leave residue of testosterone In the edible tissue.
