Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh luas tanaman padi 'abaft terhadap performans itik.lokal jantan. Anak itik umur 2 mg sebanyak 90 ekor yang diperoleh dari penetasan itik rakyat di Krasak-Kagokan, Getak, Sokoharjo. Anak itik dimasukan dalam 15 petak sawah bemmur 2 minggu di Kalinegoro, Mertoyudan Kabupaten Magelang. Kandang ukuran 80 x 80 x 80 cm dengan tempat pakan Ransum campuran jagung laming, dedak haius dan konsentrat C-144 diberikan 2 kali sehari pada itik umur 2-10 minggu sebanyak 5031 jatah per hari. Perlaknan yang diberikan adalah luas lahan tanatnan padi sebagai berikut: T1 = has lahan tanaman padi 10 m2 / ekor T2 = luas lahan tanaman padi 15 m2 / ekor T3 = luas lahan tanatnan padi 20 m2 / ekor. Parameter yang diamati meliputi: konsumsi ransum yang diberikan, pertambahan berat badan, konversi ransum, persentasc karkas dan edible portion. Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Analisis data menggunakan sidik ragam pada taraf 5%, dan apabila ada perbedaan dilajutkan dengan Uji Wilayah ganda. . HEM penelitian menunjukan bahwa konsumsi ransum yang diberikan tidak bar hada nyam, remain nyata (P<0.05) rnerturunkan pertambahan berat badan, persentase karkas dan edible poriion dan meningkatkan konversi ransum. • ABSTRACT An experiment was conducted to observed paddy field space on the performance of male local duck. Two weeks paddy field in Jogonegoro, Mertoyudan district, Magelang was used in this experiment. Same age of male ducks amount 90 birds was purchased from rural breeder farm in Krasak Kagokan, Getak District Sokoharjo. ducks was reared on 15 square of paddy fields and house for rest 80 x 80 x 80 cm/house with feed feeder every house. Feed was formulated from yellow corn, rice brand and concentrate CP-144, given twice a day for 2 — 10 weeks old amount 50% for requirement / day. The treatment was paddy field space as follows: = paddy field space 10 m2 / bird T2 = paddy field space 15 m2 / bird = paddy field space 20 m2 / bird The parameter observed were feed consumption, body weight gain, feed conversion ratio, carcass and 'adiblc portion percentage. Completely Randomaized Design (CRD) with data analyzed by Analysis of Variance and Duncant multiple range test at p 5% was used. Result was not significant (P>0.05) effected on feed consumption, but there are significantly (P<0.05) decreased body weight gain, carcass and edible portion and increased feed conversion ratio,
