Abstract

The experieht Was cenOuCted.to Study the influen ammonration and formentatieh 'with AePe•Oillus rr.i,gW.r on nutrient composition of sugarcane top and its in 0.tro utility as feed for •uminant. The sugarcane topvar. t32•48. and Aspergillus niger isolate were usel! as experimental material. There were tworatment ' factors, namely' •mmoniation(comtist of 0%, 2%0 4%, 6% and 8m ammonia level? as first faci-or trea•ment and,fo•Msntation (consist /of 0, 2, 4 and 6 weeks fe•mentation periods) As se%ond fatte• treatment. The measured variables included chemical composition based on proximate analysisg fiber compositiOn based on Van Soest me•hod; in vitro dry matter and organis matter digestibility, total protein, N -NH3 VFA •Uminal p•oduction. The co•lection data, Were analyzed statisticaly by Analysis of 'variance in Completely randemized desrgn with factorial 'treatment pattern 5x4. Reult e• this.experiment showed that ammoniation and fermentation 'to increases. the'Crude protein :content, in vitro dry matte• 'and.organicmatter digestibility, ,VFA, N - NH3 and total protein P•odUction. .The tratment were de-creasing of erude fi4rFerP celluloie, hemicellulose, NoF, ADE • n contentt• as the ef•ect of,above treatmen combina tion.
