Abstract

In this research we used male broiler chicken strain Arbor Acrccs Cp 707. age 30 days. wnh lhe amount Of 36. The broiler chicken were devidcd into six (6) treatments randond with six (61 itplicalion individual All treatment, wen: using iso-protein food 122.00 - 22.TM "sf crude protein) and iso metabolizable energx (3.120 5.150 Neal/kg MEI. rood and drinking water were given to them ad libitum twice a tko. ever; morning and afternoon. Probione used fit this researa contained I actobtwillus acidophilus with the contents 54 92 l())7e. given every week as Mild"! as 50 nigilig fond. The treatments conducted were : I. = basal lood.1.2 = basal food + probiotic. I .3 - Mehl> unsaturated fated food. T.4 = highl; unsaturated Ihned rood + pn5biotic. T.5 = saturmed tatted ! ood. and T.6 = saturated fatted food + probiotic. The treatments took place for four (4) weeks and data recording comprising food consumption and weight gain were made once a week.. At the end of the treatmems. all treated chickens were weighed and the blood from the vena of their wings was taken. then thc cholesterol and I.DI of the blood ,fample were anaylized. Pakan dan air minum diberikan .ecara ad hint= sehari dua kali, ;Jag' clan sore hari. Prohiolik vang dip3reimakin ilalam penelitian ini berisi Lactobacillus acidophilus deugan kandungan 5,1 - 92 OII/g, yang diberthan setiap minggu sekali dengan dosis 50 mg/kg Fkan. Perlakuan yamg dlakukan adalah: T.I = pakan basal, T.2 = pakan basai F probithik,-T.3 = pakan tinggi lemak tak jentth, T.4 = pakan tingui lemak Jak jenuh probiotik, T.5 pakan Jinggi lemak jenuh dan T.6 = pakadtinggi lemak jentth + mobiotik.
