Penduga desitas berbasis wavelet pada ruang L2(R)

Abstract

An estimator of density function can be estimated by multiresolition analisys approximation based on wavelet. Given a mother wavelet Ψ, then {Ψj,k ,j,k єZ}constitude an orthonormal bases for L2(R) and there is afather wavelet Φ which constitutes a multiresolution analysis {Vj}jZ on L2(R), so that the projection of fL2(R) on Vj is the best approximation of f on Vj. Convergence rate of estimator can be formulated by MISE (Mean Intregated Squared Error)
