TINJAUAN TEKNIS TERHADAP PERMENDAGRI NO.1 TAHUN 2006 TENTANG PEDOMAN PENEGASAN BATAS DAERAH

Abstract

In autonomous era, kabupaten will have larger share of their natural resources than ever before. Due to expanding of exploitation in boundary line area, several unclear mark of regional border will introduce conflict easily. To prevent conflicts in neighboring area, central government represented by Ministry of Internal Affair issued Permendagri No.1 Tahun 2006 as a guideline to overcome any border definition problem for each kabupaten dan Province in internal of Indonesia. There were many problems still occurred after it was applied in these last three years. It still needs some correction or additional rules that declared in Technical Specification that issued by Province or Kabupaten Government.
