Abstract

Heavy metal separations (Ag, Cu, Fe, Ni, Pb and Zn) had been conducted by D2ETIPA (di.-2 ethyl hexyl phosporic acid).The separation was carried out in SLM apparatus for 5 hours. Analysis was done by measuring the metal concentrations of external phase and receiving phase by AAS and Hidrogen concentration by pH meters. Based on the resulting analysis, it was known that the metals transpot was influenced by metal concentration gradient, ion hidrogen concentration gradien, carrier concentration and counter ions. The transport was also influenced by matrix and carrier selectivity to metals. D2EHPA carrier was enough selective for heavy metal separations from waste with sequence as the following : Zn>Ag>Cu>Pb>Fe>Ni.Pemisahan logarn berat (Ag, Cu, Fe, Ni, Pb dan Zn) telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengemban D2EHPA (asam efil heksil fosfat). Pemisahan dilakukan daiam Mat pemisahan SIN selama 5 jam. Anafisa ddakukan dengan mengukur konsentrasi logam di fasa umpan dan penerima menggunakan AAS dan konsentrasi ion hidrogen menggunakan pH meter. Hasil analisa disirnpulkan bahwa transport logarn dad fasa umpan ke fasa penerima dipengaruhi oleb gradien konsentrasi logam, konsentrasi ion hidrogen (pH), konsentrasi pengemban, dan ion tanding. Transport juga dipengaruhi oleh matriks dan selektifitas pengemban terhadap masing-masing logana Pengemban D2E1APA cukup selektif untuk pemisahan logam berat dad limbahnya dengan wutan selektifitas adalah sebagai berikut : Zn>Ag>Cu>Pb>Fe>Ni.
