HUBUNGAN BEBERAPA FAKTOR DENGAN PEMAKAIAN ALAT PELINDUNG DIRI MASKER DI PENGGILINGAN PADI DI KECAMATAN SIDOHARJO KABUPATEN SRAGEN

Abstract

Regency of Sragen in order to reach the vision Sragen Health 2010 agreed new mission formula in the health field minimum standart service for preventing and eradicating tuberculosis is strived by recorvering the patient of positif TBC BTA 80% and preventing and eradicating ISPA disease is strived by handling all baby with pneumonia 100%. Public deseases like ISPA, Lung TBC, bronchitis and influenza are often reported by labours who work in the dusty room. Paddy hulling in district Sidoharjo, regency of Sragen is one of compaines that hare the potency to cause the effect of work disease that is caused by the dust. There are 55 paddy hulling in district Sidoharjo with 129 workers havebeen know that all (100%) workers in these paddy hulling donot wear self protector mask. Type of the research that is used is explanatory research with cross sectional study approach. In doctor and health research cross sectional study is a from of observational study (non-exoperimental) that is most often condusted. Bivariated analysis is done by making crossed table (contigency) between variable (tied) and independent variable (free). Statistical analsis is processed computerizedly with statistical test Chi Square. The result of the research indicates that most of the respondents are in young/adulf age group (86%),87,7% respondendent have loweducation, most of respondents have new year of service new workers (64,8%), 70,2% respondents have less knowledge about the understanding of APD masker during working in paddy hulling. The result of statistic shows there is a relation between the age and the respondens year of service with the usage of APD masker, and also the exsistence of relation between education and the knowledge of respondent with the usage of APD masker. It is suggested to the entrepreneurs of paddy hulling. Disnakertrans and health service of Sragen regency to improve counselling about self protector mask.
