PENCEGAHAN PENCURIAN KAYU HUTAN MELALUI PENANGGULANGAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR KRIMINOGEN DI KABUPATEN GROBOGAN (Prelention on Theiving Against Jungle Wood By overcoming Criminogen Factors at Grobogan Regency)

Abstract

In the grobogan regency there are the forest use by people around there. The forest as an economic resources for the people. The forest products like wood will be profession, there for can be happend for theiving of forest products by people. By using socio-legal research methode, will be done the research about Prevention on Theiving Againts Jungle Wood by Overcoming Criminogen Factors. The criminogen factors of the research namely social-economic, people perception of forest and un effectivity of controle by the jungle police. The effort of overcoming is through to give law information, to forming of forest famer group, jungle police patrol, the persuasive action of jungle po-lice. Di Kabupaten Grobogan terdapat hutan yang diman-faatkan oleh masyarakat sekitarnya. Bagi masyarakat tersebut hutan merupakan sumber pendapatan keluarga. Basil hutan berupa kayu dijadikan sebagai mata penca-harian, karena itu dapat mendorong terjadinya pencur-ian hasil hutan oleh masyarakat. Dengan menggunakan metode socio-legal maka dila-kukan penelitian tentang pencegahan pencurian kayu hutan melalui penanggulangan faktor-faktor krimino-gen. Faktor-faktor kriminogen dalam pencurian kayu hutan yaitu sosial-ekonomi, persepsi masyarakat tentang hutan dan kurang efektifnya pengawasan oleh polisi hutan. Upaya penanggulangan dilakukan melalui penyuluhan hukum, pembentukan kelompok tani hutan, patroli polisi hutan, tindakan polisi secara persuasif.
