HUBUNGAN BEBERAPA FAKTOR KARYAWAN DALAM PEMAKAIAN ALAT PELINDUNG DIRI DENGAN KEJADIAAN DERMATOSIS PADA PABRIK BATIK DI DESA PILANG KECAMATAN MASARAN KABUPATEN SRAGEN

Abstract

Upaya perlindungan gagngguan kesehatan pada tenaga kerja pembuatan batik telah dilakukan oleh pengusaha batik. Kepada tenaga kerja telah disediakan alat pelindung diri yang ada yaitu sarung tangan, masker dan sepatu boot. Namun tidak semua tenaga kerja memakai alat pelindung diri yang disediakan. Dermatosis akibat kerja adalah segala kelainan kulit yang timbul pada waktu bekerja atau disebabkan pekerjaan. Istilah dermatosis lebih tepat dari pada dermatosis, sebab kelainan kulit akibat kerja tidak selalu suatu peradangan, melainkan juta tumor atau alergi. Presentasi dermatosis akibat kerja dari seluruh penyakit-penyakit akibat kerja sekitar 50% - 60%,maka dari itu penyakit tersebut mendapat perhatian yang cukup. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan beberapa faktor karyawan dalam pemakaian alat pelindung diri dengan kejadiaan dermatosis; mendiskripsikan beberapa faktor dalam pemakaian alat pelindung diri dengan kejadiaan dermatosis; mendiskripsikan masa kerja, paparan, pemakaian alat pelindung diri dengan kejadiaan dermatosis, menganalisis hubungan masa kerja karyawan, paparan dalam pemakaian alat pelindung diri dengan kejadiaan dermatosis, menganalsis alat pelindung diri dengan kejadiaan dermatosis pada pabrik batik di desa Pilang. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian explanatory survey dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 responden dari populasi Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diskripsi frekuensi masa kerja dibagi menjadi dua yaitu > 1 tahun (82%) dan 1 tahun (18%);diskripsi frekuensi paparan yaitu >4 jam (66%) dan <4 jam (34%), sedangkan diskripsi frekuensi pemakaian alat pelindung diri yaitu tidak pakai (64%) dan pakai (36%). Dari hasil uji statistik hubungan masa kerja dalam pemakaian alat pelindung diri dengan kejadiaan dermatosis diperoleh nilai p = 0,001; hubungan paparan dalam pemakian alat pelindung diri dengan kejadiaan dermatosis diperoleh nilai p = 0,004; dan hubungan pemakaian alat pelindung diri dengan kejadian dermatosis diperoleh nilai p = 0,001. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa ada hubungan masa kerja dalam pemakaian alat pelindung diri dengan kejadiaan dermatosis; ada hubungan pemaparan dalam pemakaian alat pelindung diri dengan kejadian dermatosis; ada hubungan alat pelindung diri dengan kejadiaan dermatosis. Saran ditunjukan kepada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sragen sebagai bahan masukan untuk membina dan memberikan pengetahuan tentang Hiperkes khususnya mengenai kejadiaan dermatosis dengan alat pelindung diri pada Puskesmas; kepada pengusaha batik memberi bahan masukan untuk meminimalkan kelainan kulit pada karyawan pabrik batik di Desa Pilang, kepada karyawan pabrik batik, dengan hasil penelitian ini karyawan pabrik batik sadar tentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dalam pemakian alat pelindung diri dengan kejadiaan kelaianan kulit bagi kesehatan khususnya penanganan kejadiaan kelainan kulit di pabrik batik. Percentage dermatosis of effect of activity from entire all disease of effect of activity of activity of about 50-60%, hence from thatthe desease require to get the attention which enough. Intention of this research is to know the relation of some employees factor in usage of appliance of xself protectorwith the occurence dermatosis: description of some factor in usage of aplication of x'self protector with the occurence dermatosis, description year of service, presentation, usage of appliance of x'self protector with the occurence dermatosis: analysing usage of appliance of x'self protector with the occurence dermatosis of at batik factory in countryside Pilang. This research is including type of research of explanatory survey with the approach of cross sectional study. Sampel used by counted 50 responder from population. Suggestion addressed to Public Health Service of Sub-Province Sragen upon whic input to construct and give the knowledge of>/i> about Hiperkes specially regarding the occurance dermatosis by means of x'self protector of at Puskesmas: to batik entrepreneur give the input materials for the minimization of occurance of husk disparity of at employees of batik factory with the this research result is conscios batik factory employees about corresponding factors in usage of application in usage of appliance of X'self protector with the occurence of husk disparity to health specially handling of occurence of husk disparity of health specially handling of occurence of husk disparity in batik factory.
