PEMANFAATAN POLINDES NGUDI WARAS DALAM PELAYANAN KESEHATAN IBU HAMIL DI DESA KLIWONAN KECAMATAN MASARAN KABUPATEN SRAGEN PEBRUARI 2005

Abstract

Polindes adalah suatu tempat yang didirikan oelh amsyarakat atas dasar musyawarah, sebagai kelengkapan dari pembangunan kesehatan masyarakat desa, untuk memberikan pelayanan KIA dan KB. Sedangkan hasil cakupan kegiatan di Polindes Ngudi Waras meliputi : K1 cakupan hasil 60,1% sedang target Kabupaten Sragen 95%, K4 cakupan hasil 58,7%-sedang target Kabupaten Sragen 90%,D.R.T oleh tenaga kesehatan cakupan hasil 11,9-sedangkan hasil 8 Kabupaten Sragen 20%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Polindes Ngudi Waras dalam pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan ibu hamil belum tentu optimal. Tujuan penelitian in mengrtahui gambaran tentang pemanfatan Polindes Ngudi Waras dalam pelayanan kesehatan ibu hamil di desa liwonan Kecamatan Masaran Kabupaten Sragen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian study kualitatif dengan pendekatan cross Sectional Study yaitu pengamatan dan pengambilan data dilakukan dalam saat yang bersamaan terhadap ibu hamil yang telah memanfaatkan polindes. Adapun populasinya adalah ibu hamil dengan jumlah 21 orang yang merupakan jumlah total populasi di desa Kliwonan. Sedang diskusi kelompok terarah (DKT) terhadap 10 (sepuluh) orang responden dari ibu hamil sebagi sample dan telah mewakili seluruh wilayah desa Kliwonan. Hasil penelitian untuk pelayanan kesehatan ibu hamil dengan 5 T adalah responden dalam mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan dengan pemeriksaan 5 T sebagian besar di tempat pelayanan bidan praktek swasta. sedangkan untuk mengetahui tentang pelayanan 5 T, hanya sebagian kecil responden yang baru mengetahui istilah 5 T. Alasan responden untuk memeriksakan kehamilan 5 T secara rutin sebagian besar responden mengatakan agar bayi yang dikansungnya tetap sehat dan tidak ada kelainan saat melahirkan. Kemudian untuk diteksi dini sebagian besar responden telah mengetahui tentang faktor-faktor resiko tinggi pada ibu hamil seperti : hipertensi, kaki bengkak, sakit jantung, kurang darah. Sedangkan tentang rujukan sebagian besar responden belum meminta rujukan dari polindes tetapi responden dalam mendapatkan rujukan dari bidan swasta yang memeriksanya. Untuk keinginan dari responedn bila memilih untuk dirujuk sebagian besar meminta di rumah sakit dan dokter sspesialis kandungan. Tentang pemanfaatan Polindes bahwa sebagian besar ibu hamil memanfatkan polindes, adapun alasanya adalah ibu belum terbiasa untuk memeriksakan kehamilannya serta fasilitas di Polindes kurang lengkap, bidan desa tidak berdomisili di polindes. Simpulan bahwa Polindes Ngudi Waras di Desa Kliwonan Kecamatan masaran kabupaten Sragen, secara optimal belum dimanfaatkan oleh ibu hamil, sedang polindes lebih banyak dimanfaatkan untuk pelayanan pengobatan umum. Saran agar bidan desa lebih banyak untuk mempromosikan kepada masyarakat terutama pada ibu hamil dengan melalui kegiatan posyandu, arisan ataupu pertemuanPKK dengan materi tentang pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan yang ada di Polindes.
