UPAYA MENAIKKAN PENDAPATAN PETANI TAMBAK DENGAN MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN KELOMPOK TANI (STUDI KASUS DI KECAMATAN TAYU KABUPATEN PATI)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahul upaya-upaya yang dilakukan mirk inenaikkan pendapatan petani tambak meialui peningkatan kemampuan Kelompok MN dl Kecamatan Teyu Kabupaten Dail II Pahl Upaya peningkatan pendapatan 1n1 telah cillakukan sejak tahun 1985, yaltu sejak dirintisnya pendlddan kelomok-kelompok tani tambak dl masing-masing desa partial di wilayah kecamatan Tayu. Metalul program penyuluhan sepertl ceramah, temu wIcara maupun demplot, dapat meningkatkan slkap mental petanl tambak dalam menerapkan leknologi, Hal Ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan bentuk bentuk kerjasema, motivasi, kemampuan, pengetahuan, ketramplian kelompok tan' tambak Berdasarkan kemampuan kelompok tanl tambak tersebul,dapat dIkelaskan mergadi KOIS9 Pemula (score<250), Madya (score 501 - 750) den Utama (751¬1000), dan temyata ada korelasl pasIstrp antara Ungar kemampuan danger, tingkat pendapatan kelompok tan! tambak Suit In' dt Kam:minion Tayu terjadi hambatan-hambatan teknis maupun soslal ekonomis pada 3 kelompok tersebut, make ketiga tiganya kembali ke satem tradislonal sehingga pendapatan ketiga kelompok tani tambak tersebut tIdak berbeda. ABSTRACT The arm of this reseacrh Is to know the programs to increas fish farmer income by increasing the capability of fish farmer group In Tayu District of Peti Region. The result indicate that the programs was conducted since 1985, by fish farmer group In each coastal 'gage Tayu distric. By extension course program e.q. Instruction method, group discusion method, and demontratlon method could increase mental attitude of fish tamer group In the app1cation technology. That Indicate Increasing form of cooperation. motivation, capability and skill} of fish farmer. Base on capability of fish farmer group, could clashed to tree class : Bask Class (Pemula), Intermediate Class (Madya)and Advance Class (Utama) and indicate the positive corelation between degrees of capability and degrees of fish farmer income.
