KESADARAN HUKUM IVIASYARAKAT DI SEPANJANG SUNGAI SILANDAK TERHADAP UPAYA PENGELOLAAN RUNGS! LINGKUNGAN (Studi kasus di Kelurahan Purwoyoso Kec. Ngalian Kodya Semarang)

Abstract

Based on field research result which involve about 70 persons as a respondent of three Village association (RW) consist six neigbourhood association (RT) in Purwoyoso Sub-sub District, which getting by proportional random sampling we can see that the legal awareness associate with " know or not know" against the name or titles some rule with regard to environment management of society who residing surround the river is not so good. Legal understanding of society specially abut the content of rule, certainly more worse than just know or not know about the name or title of the rule, only. Since, to know the content of the rule should have be read and read. The activities of society regarding with environmental management that call "environmental friedly" does not have closed correlation with the legal unserstanding of society expecally with the environmental Provission _ It means there are any other vallue that support the behaviour of sociaety as a environtment frledly activiteis. Dad hasil peneNian lapangan yang melibatkan 70 orang responden yang berasal dad tiga buah RW (6 RT) di Kelurahan Purwoyoso yang dipilih secara random dengan distribusi secara proporsional maka dapat diketahui kesadaran hukum masyarakat dilihat dad aspek pengertian terhadap narna dan isl suatu peraturan hukurn positif belum begitu baik. Tidak berbeda dengan permasalahan pertama , Pemahaman masyarakat terhadap isi suatu peraturan dapat dipastikan lebib rendah lagi. AktMtas masyarakat yang dikatakan "ramah lingkungan " ternyata Mak berbanding langsung dengan pengetahuan tentang ada tidaknya suatu peraturan maupun isinya khususnya di bidang llngkungan hidup. Hal Int berarti ada nilai lain yang mungkin bukanlah nilai-nilai hukum yang membuat masyarakat untuk berperilaku rarnah lingkungan.
